Twitter answers the simple question, "What are you doing now?"
This Sunday, I'll be watching a football game. But like a lot of Americans, I'm actually looking forward to the commercials. In fact, I'll be Twittering about them. I hope you join me.
If you haven't tried Twitter, this'll be a fun intro to one of the hottest of the so-called Web 2.0 tools. And if you're a marketing blogger, it'll be a cool way of interacting with your readers.
If you'd like to see my Twitter posts on Super Sunday, just go to http://twitter.com/robertrosenthal (user name "RobertRosenthal"). After you register, type my user name in the search area and click "follow." Then log in to Twitter at game time.
If you'll be Twittering this Sunday, please add a comment to this post with your user name so Freaking Marketing readers (and this blogger) can follow you during the game. Subscribe to the comment feed if you want to receive an update each time a reader adds a comment. And if you'd like to follow members of the Facebook group What I Saw at the Direct Marketing Revolution who'll be Twittering during the game, check the "Wall" of the group.
